We provide support in situations that require rapid response. The entire sales process, from valuation to delivery, is supervised by one project supervisor.
DAKO currently employs over 1000 people - including technologists, graphic designers, constructors, machine operators, traders, specialists in planning, production organization and quality management. We take care of developing the competences of our employees, who undergo a number of professional training courses according to the profile of individual positions. This translates into a high level of service. The functioning of the company is also supported by specialized computer programs, which enable extensive control and coordination of production and sales processes.
The main aim of the department is to design packaging according to the customer's instructions. The creativity of our designers allows us to create interesting solutions and non-standard designs. We are also well acquainted with the requirements of retail chains and FEFCO catalogues.
We have a professionally equipped graphic studio, in which an experienced team uses modern equipment and the latest software adapted to the standards of the printing industry. We focus on the preparation and technical processing of packaging designs, mostly richly refined. We use plotters that automatically certify the printout with simulation of the target substrate.
We rely on the most modern solutions and technologies of world leaders: Heidelberg and KBA. Currently, our park consists of 8 printing machines in B1 and B0 format, which we have equipped with advanced control and measurement systems for the highest quality printing. We offer conventional and UV printing on metallic substrates.
We have machines that allow us to print on corrugated cardboard, which we produce ourselves. Depending on the needs, the printing can be performed on coated or uncoated substrates, in basic and HD versions. In addition, the printing, punching and gluing operations in one line shorten the time of order completion, which contributes to cost optimization.
Print refining is aimed at increasing the aesthetic value of packaging. Thanks to a wealth of techniques and possibilities, we make our products look interesting and unique. You can choose between calendering, laminating, hot-stamping, varnishing or embossing.
For comprehensive service of our customers we have created a bindery department, which extends our services both by atypical manual work (such as mixing patterns, fixing handles) and machine work (folding, cutting, punching with blacksmith's blanks, glued and sewn binding).
We produce and sell corrugated cardboard in coated, uncoated, 3- and 5-layer sheets, E, B, C, EB and BC waves. Depending on the purpose, we help the customer to adjust the appropriate parameters of the cardboard. A modern machine and a qualified team of employees guarantee the highest quality of the product.
We have 3 specialist high-bay warehouses with a capacity of more than 12,000 pallet spaces at our disposal. The storage area enables the storage of raw materials for production, imported directly from producers. This provides a secure buffer and gives you the opportunity to quickly execute orders.
To ensure smooth deliveries, we have created our own fleet of over 30 cars, which we are constantly expanding. Cars with different load capacities allow for flexibility and security of supply.
The quality and safety of our processes and care for the environment have been confirmed by independent certifying institutions according to the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018 and 14001:2015. In order to show our support for responsible forest management, we have implemented the standards and obtained the FSC® Chain of Custody certificate. Confirmation of the application of good manufacturing practices is the BRC GS Packaging Materials issue 6 certificate issued by an independent institute, which obliges us to continuously improve our Quality and Packaging Safety Policy.
